Emmanuel Sanders has had a career year in his first season with the Denver Broncos. He has accumulated 95 catches for over 1,300 yards and nine touchdowns. Those seem to be Pro Bowl numbers right? Well, it appears it was not enough.

The Pro Bowl names were released Tuesday night and the Broncos led the way with nine players eligible for the Pro Bowl. I think there should have at least been ten. Emmanuel Sanders did not make the list. I was surprised that he did was not invited to the game. The AFC actually has a lot of talent at the wide out position with Bronco wide out Demaryius Thomas making the team as well as T.Y. Hilton, Antonio Brown, and A.J. Green on the list.

There could be a chance that Emmanuel Sanders is a replacement player in case any of the other four cannot go. But if the Broncos end up reaching the Super Bowl, there is no chance that any of the nine players from the team would play anyways. Still, such a shock that a player who has had a breakthrough year after spending his first four years in Pittsburgh did not get the nod to play in the Pro Bowl. He has definitely had a great year with the Denver Broncos this year.

Emmanuel Sanders should take this as motivation to further prove those who do not believe. I mean, he already is one of the Broncos better offensive players on the roster as of right now. Some of the plays he has made throughout the course of the 2014 season has been nothing short of awesome, especially during the second half of the season.

The fact that he did not make the Pro Bowl should not discourage Emmanuel Sanders. Broncos Country knows that he is an amazing player who can make plays at any given time. This season further proves that he is just getting started. I think Broncos fans will be excited for years to come! We look forward to seeing more plays from Emmanuel Sanders.
