In the 2013 regular season, the Broncos and Cowboys played arguably the most exciting back and forth game that was played all season long. After going down 14-0 against Tony Romo and the ‘Boys, Peyton Manning led the Broncos back with a commanding lead that seemed insurmountable until the Cowboys inexplicably made a bunch plays to force the Broncos into a shootout.

And a shootout in the Lone Star State it was.

Don’t expect that kind of drama in the final preseason game on Thursday night, but if you’re anything like me, you can be prepared for plenty of intrigue. The preseason is one of the most interesting times of the year for teams because so many guys are fighting for just a few roster spots, and then you have guys stepping up that could comprise a practice squad and develop on your team.

Then again, I’m that guy who simulated Madden games just to get to the offseason, so I like watching the development of players and rosters as closely as possible.

If you’re anything like me, then you’re going to want to bookmark this post and make sure to take some notes on these 10 Denver Broncos players as they get set to round out the roster.
