CBS4 in Denver is reporting that Broncos star linebacker Von Miller has had another run-in with the law.
It’s unfortunate that I happened to be online at the time of this news, but here we are.
Don’t get your pants in a bundle here, because Von was merely cited for driving with a suspended or revoked license, per the report. However, this is another in a long line of mishaps this offseason for the Pro Bowler. According to the CBS4 report, Miller was released to the custody of his father, whom he was driving with at the time when he was pulled over for speeding in Arapahoe County last week.
This is absolutely unbelievable. Von Miller can’t seem to stay out of trouble. People get citations like this all of the time, but someone in Miller’s position has to take every step necessary to stay OUT of trouble. Miller is currently one game down in his six game suspension with the NFL for violating the substance abuse policy. There will likely be no ramifications as far as the league is concerned for this kind of thing, but had Miller been arrested again, it would have likely gotten to Roger Goodell’s desk.
STOP BREAKING THE LAW, VON.
