Defensive tackle Mitch Unrein became the third Denver Broncos player this week to sign his exclusive-rights free agent tender. Lance Ball and Chris Clark signed theirs on Monday and Wednesday, respectively.

Unrein spent 2010 on the Broncos practice squad. Since then, he’s played in 30 regular season games (two starts) and three postseason games. The 6’4″ 291-pound former Wyoming Cowboy has 27 career tackles and one fumble recovery in addition to a 1-yard touchdown catch on offense (vs. TB., 12/2/12). With that score, he became the first defensive lineman in team history to record a receiving score.
