It wasn’t enough that the Baltimore Ravens killed the Denver Broncos’ Super Bowl hopes last season, and then won the league’s championship themselves.
Now they’re showing “serious interest” in passing rushing free agent Elvis Dumervil. This comes from Aaron Wilson of the Baltimore Sun.
The Ravens hope to meet with former Denver Broncos star defensive end Elvis Dumervil following the league meetings this week, according to a league source with knowledge of the situation. Other NFL teams that have expressed interest in Dumervil include the New England Patriots and the Tennessee Titans. - Aaron Wilson (Baltimore Sun)
Dumervil would play the outside linebacker in the Ravens’ 3-4 defense rather than defensive end.
