The Denver Broncos completed their practice squad roster Monday by adding rookie offensive lineman Quentin Saulsberry.

Saulsberry earned All-SEC honorable mention by the Associated Press while at Mississippi State, and he played in the 2012 East-West Shrine game.

The 6’2″, 304-pound lineman is the only player on the practice squad to not participate in Broncos training camp. He was signed by the Minnesota Vikings as an undrafted rookie, and was waived on Friday.

“Being on the line of scrimmage — defensive line, offensive line — you have to have that mean streak in you, because it’s a war in the trenches,” he said. “You’ve always got to think about, the phrase we always hear is third-and-1, fourth-and-1. Who’s going to step up and make the play? Who’s going to be that person who makes their block? Who’s going to be that guy who gives up that play?” – Quentin Saulsberry (Denver Broncos)

Saulsberry joins Greg Orton, Ben Garland, Wayne Tribue, Jeremiah Johnson, Duke Ihenacho, and Sealver Siliga on the practice squad.
