To close out the Denver Broncos preseason, we have a great show for you this week.

We have Tony Sands, former University of Kansas running back, and current NFL trainer to talk with us about the rigors of playing in the NFL and what the players’ bodies are going through right now. Sands has worked with players such as Michael Irvin and Al Harris.

As a player, Sands set two NCAA records when he had 58 carries for 396 yards in a single game when he was with Kansas. Sands also spent some time with the Arizona Cardinals. He is currently co-hosting a program with Michael Irvin in Miami on WMAK 560 AM.

PO Sports Talk Radio host Vaughn Carter also speaks with myself about the backup quarterback situation, whether Knowshon Moreno will make the team, and about some other players that are on the fringe. Additionally, Vaughn reviews the last preseason game against the San Francisco 49ers and what we can expect this week against the Arizona Cardinals.
