Former Charger Junior Seau Reportedly Found Dead In Home


According to TMZ, former Chargers linebacker Junior Seau is dead at the age of 43. Seau was found dead in his California home. Police are investigating a shooting inside the home. Suicide is suspected.

Seau was drafted by the Chargers in 1990 as the 5th overall pick. During his career, he was a 12-time Pro Bowler and a 6-time First-Team All-Pro. He played his last game for the Patriots in the 2009 playoffs.

Seau leaves behind three children and an ex-wife. Seau is the ninth member of the Chargers 1995 Super Bowl team to die.

As a 13-year player for the Chargers, the Broncos and their fans know Seau very well. He created havoc especially in the mid to late 90s.

RIP Junior Seau.
