Tim Tebow Remains Mum On Manning

It’s been reported that the Tebow camp is not happy with the Broncos in their pursuit of Peyton Manning. Manning spent the entire day in Denver Friday touring the Broncos facilities, meeting with the front office, and going to dinner with the Broncos brass. The Broncos appear willing to dive into Peyton Manning head first.

Meanwhile, Tim Tebow is not in the state of Colorado. He’s making appearances in Florida this weekend to raise money for wounded war veterans. He was originally going to speak with the media, but according to WTSP-TV sports anchor Nicole Darin, Tebow has decided not to speak to reporters this weekend.

Who can blame him. All of the questions would be about Manning, the Broncos, and his feelings regarding the situation when he just wants to raise money for the wounded troops.

Thankfully, Manning would like to make his decision in the next week, so all of this drama should subside unless of course Manning’s decision is Denver. Then we’ll really have to buckle our seat belts.

He should be furious. He has always comported himself with class, dignity and respect for the Denver organization, and his fans. The way they have treated him has been abysmal, and I hope he asks for a trade.

The Manning rumors will only at fuel to Tebow’s competitive fire…he will continue to work, improve, and be a successful NFL QB in spite of his doubters

i think every team with some uncertainty is looking at peyton. jets, chiefs etc. tebow knows it’s part of the business and is conducting himself properly, unlike cutler when his trade rumros were thrown around. and besides, peyton isnt going to play forever. on the outside chance that they do sign him, tebow will be more prepared and hungrier than ever after peyton retires. how have the broncos treated him poorly? they know they can make a short-term upgrade for the next few seasons, and they know it will help them in the long run as well. who wouldnt at least try to sign one of the best qbs out there?
