		<description>I appreciate the good that he&#039;s done, as well as his innovative skills. Being able to create successful game plans with a team that is not in sync, only after five games is impressive. But I feel like he just got stuck in a comfort zone and stopped evolving, hence the same repetitive play calling that got us in fourth and out situations as well as unnecessary losses. I hope during the offseason he gets to know and understand his offense better, so as to utilize the personnel in a more effective way. I know he has more then just the run/option/slants in his playbook.
