Being able to create successful game plans with a team that is not in sync, only after five games is impressive. But I feel like he just got stuck in a comfort zone and stopped evolving, hence the same repetitive play calling that got us in fourth and out situations as well as unnecessary losses. I hope during the offseason he gets to know and understand his offense better, so as to utilize the personnel in a more effective way. I know he has more then just the run/option/slants in his playbook. Go Broncos! (excited about the draft hmmmmyeahhhh!) I appreciate the good that he’s done, as well as his innovative skills.
