It was quite the year for the Denver Broncos and you don’t have to look any further than the Pro Bowl roster to figure that out.
Champ Bailey, Elvis Dumervil, and Von Miller were locks for the trip to Hawaii, but it was announced today that Willis McGahee and Ryan Clady will be joining them on the trip across the Pacific.
It’s possible that other Broncos could get the trip as well. Tim Tebow was named as an alternate so if Tom Brady and Ben Roethlisberger don’t go, Tebow would make the All-Star squad.
McGahee averaged 79.9 yards per game and added 4 touchdowns during the regular season. He had 7 100-yard rushing games. Clady was a stud on the line helping McGahee to those totals, and he did a great job of protecting Tebow.
Thus far, McGahee and Clady are the only two offensive players from the Broncos to have made the Pro Bowl.
Congratulations to all five of the players who made the team.
