Jake Plummer is one guy that feels Kyle Orton’s pain.
Plummer spoke to Jeff Legwold of the Denver Post about his situation in relation to Orton’s.
He [Plummer] was just 32 when he retired, healthy, and just one season removed from having helped lead the Broncos to the AFC championship game.
“But, the way it went down, the way it was handled, I knew I was done and never looked back,” Plummer said. “It’s different for everybody, everybody handles it differently. But I’m sure for me, (Orton) or any veteran quarterback in that position, it’s a shock. You’re used to being the guy.” – Denver Post
