Broncos DT McBean Arrested For Stalking

There’s a bull in a china shop and then there are NFL players during the bye week.

Both good and bad things can happen during a team’s off week. Players can rest and recover from injury, they can study film, and they can recover mentally. Unfortunately, that extra time also gives players an uninterrupted stretch to get into trouble.

DT Ryan McBean was arrested for stalking on Friday. Instead of following quarterbacks around on the football field, he was caught following a woman (presumably) around Denver.

McBean posted a $50,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on October 28. He is at practice today.

The Broncos defensive line has been hit with injuries throughout the season. From Ty Warren and Kevin Vickerson being placed on the IR to Marcus Thomas playing in only one game, the defensive line has been hit hard. Now this incident for McBean could put the Broncos even further in the hole depending on what his repercussions are.
