Bronco Gameday – Cincinnati Bengals

The Broncos will try to get their first win of the 2011 season as they host the Cincinnati Bengals this afternoon at Sport Authority Field at Mile High. Cincinnati is coming off of a 27-17 win over the Cleveland Browns, while Denver fell short to the Oakland Raiders in week one, losing 23-20. The Broncos hope to even their record to 1-1 on the season because the schedule does not get any easier after this game. Following a trip to Tennessee in week three, the Broncos face the defending Super Bowl champions in Green Bay, followed by a visit from their AFC West nemesis, the San Diego Chargers. Getting a win under their belt prior to this stretch of games may boost the teams confidence, as well as the fans outlook on the season.
The Broncos own a 17-8 all-time record against the Bengals in the regular season, including an 11-2 mark at home.
A special treat for Bronco fans this afternoon will be the Shannon Sharpe Hall of Fame Ring Presentation, which will take place during halftime.
