Current State Of The NFL

New Orleans is hopping nowadays. It’s not the Bourbon Street festivities that I’m talking about. The city is the site of the NFL’s annual meeting. Just yesterday, Roger Goodell addressed the media to discuss what the NFL will do next regarding the CBA process. Included in his five minute Q&A session, he said,

“We are certainly planning on having a full season. That’s our objective, and we’re going to work as hard as we can to make that become a reality…Litigation isn’t going to solve this problem. It’s clearly going to be solved through negotiations. The faster we can get back to mediation, the faster we’ll get an agreement and the fairer it will be.”
