For most people, going to work is a drag. It’s a kick-in-the-butt, get-out-of-bed pill to swallow. However, to get the money rolling in, we gladly roll up our sleeves, fire up the computer, and get to work.
Eric Studesville entered this season as the Broncos’ running backs coach and never dreamed that he would be ending the season in his dream job – head coach.
He is truly a coach that is passionate about his job, and that’s exactly why Pat Bowlen and Joe Ellis made the move to move him up the ranks.
“This has been a fabulous opportunity,” Studesville said Wednesday. “I’m still excited to everyday walk into this building and represent this organization. My effort has not dropped off at all. This is what I do. I love doing this, and as long as they’re going to let me do it, I’m going to keep doing it.”
Because the Broncos have lost the first two games of Studesville’s head coaching career, there’s no doubt that he will lose his position as head coach. A bigger name will be brought in to shake this team of the average to below average slump that they’ve been in.
With that said, who is your choice for the next Broncos’ head coach? Leave a comment below.
