		<description>I think you&#039;re WAY off base here.  While I don&#039;t think that McDaniels was the only one at fault this season, I do think he had to go.  The Broncos need to do some MAJOR restructuring, starting at the top.  The problem is, you can&#039;t take powers away from a head coach and expect everything to be alright.  If you want to restructure the power structure in the front office and on the field, you have to start by firing the head coach.  Next, you need to find the right GM and give him the right powers, and THEN you need to start hiring new coaches to fit that structure.  Firing McDaniels now gives us more time to get things organized in time for a good draft, and hopefully a winning season next year.  Am I expecting a Super Bowl or even a playoff year?  No, but I would like to go 9-7 next season.</description>
