McDaniels took a once great franchise and has literally ran it into the ground, only because he wants to skinnier version of Bill Belichick. I'm all about giving people initial chances... and, much like WVU Football's Bill Stewart, Josh McDaniels just isn't getting the job done, and needs to be fired. However, Bowlen has said that McD is safe through next season... but, then again, Jerry Jones said he wouldn't fire Wade Philips mid-season.
