Going to a football game at Invesco Field is a special experience. It’s not the old Mile High or Lambeau Field, two venues with so much storied history that books can and will be written about them.
Invesco has been around for a decade, but still hasn’t cultivated a Super Bowl team. Despite that fact, there’s no less spirit surrounding the stadium on game days.
Whether it’s a sunny 65-degree day in October or a snowy 7 -degree evening in December, the masses flock to support their team clad in orange and blue. Denver is one of the toughest places to play with the high altitude that many opposing players aren’t use to and the long time Bronco maniacs that support their team through thick and thin.
To pay homage to the place that the Broncos call home, my weekly contribution for NFL.com focuses on Invesco Field.
Head over there and give it a read.
