Bannan, Williams and Green can stop the run at the first of the year as we did last year. However, at 31, 31 & 34 they will wind down as the year goes on like we did last year. We rebuilt the number two offense in the league in 2008 and were signing free agents on defense like were trying to win it all this year. Which is it. Are we rebuilding or trying to win it all. We have one of the oldest defenses in the league and we drafted nobody for the front seven. If you read the article from football outsiders / ESPN Kansas city is ranked 3rd best in starting high caliber players less than 25. We ranked 25th out of 32 teams. I don’t care if we beat KC this year because they suck lately. But if were not careful we won’t beat them for the next 5 years. P.S. how many starting high caliber players do we have on defense that are younger than 25?

Well, maybe next year we'll bring Ty Law and Lawyer milloy out of retirement and draft a Tight End and a Fullback to fix it!
