Respect is still coming for the 2009 Denver Broncos, even if it is slowly but surely. The next stop on the Broncos redemption tour is Baltimore. Need a re-cap on the season up until this point? Ask and you shall receive in our Clip of the Week!

CLIP OF THE WEEK!
Broncos v. Ravens Preview
The boys are back in action on Sunday! They take on the Ravens in Baltimore, a city that has an “us against the world” attitude. The Ravens are 3-3 on the season with 2 of their losses coming against teams (Patriots, Bengals) that the Broncos have already handled. Beating this Ravens team is no easy chore though. Their offense has improved dramatically. While they’re not as strong on the defensive front, they are coming off of their bye week, so expect to see rested minds and bodies that are capable of beating the Broncos. Baltimore is a difficult place to play and the [...]
10 reasons why being a Broncos fan is better than being a Ravens fan:
1. The only thing thicker than nose tackle Kelly Navalou is Joe Flacco’s unibrow.
2. A drug ring in Baltimore is referred to as a huddle.
3. The difference between the Ravens and a dollar bill is you can still get four quarters out of a dollar bill.
4. Terrell Suggs has that new 6 year $ 63 million contract, but can’t buy a stop on a big play.
5. “The Block“ has a whole new meaning to the city after Ray Lewis got knocked around by a wide receiver.
6. Don’t forget to bring the [...]
Broncos Links
This is a big week in sports. The World Series and the NBA season begin, and it’s already week 8 in the NFL. As usual, I’ll start things off with Broncos links.
Broncos:
It’s time to get physical, physical. So says, Josh McDaniels.
Punter Brett Kern got kicked to the curb, but is replaced by Mitch Berger.
Kyle Orton is someone to praise, but please don’t jinx him.
Your chance to ask Tony Scheffler a question right here.
Brandon Marshall is a star on and off the field. Catch him hosting Sports Soup.
Now the Broncos schedule is a welcomed challenge.
Jay Cutler and Kelly Clarkson have something in common.

AFC West Breakdown: Week 7
(Kim Constantinesco writes for Predominantly Orange, which is FSB’s Denver Broncos blog. Representing the rest of the AFC West are Arrowhead Addict, Bolt Beat and Just Blog Baby.)
It was Armand Demele that said “Self sabotage is the smartest thing you can do if you’re sabotaging a self that is not really you.” I don’t know what characters the Raiders and the Chiefs are playing this season, but if this is true, they are clearly self destructing to find themselves. I thought there was only one rock bottom you could hit, but the ocean floor seems to be dropping more quickly than swine flu is spreading. If I [...]
CLIP OF THE WEEK!
The experts were right on target with their assessment of the AFC West this year…not! It is hard to think that football analysts can make such predictions without any remorse if they are wrong. Maybe their jobs should be performance based like the players of the NFL. Job openings at ESPN and the NFL Network are available to those that apply in our Clip of the Week!
Image Of The Week
There were a lot of Broncos fans in San Diego for the Monday night game. Broncos fans were loud at the game, but this jersey speaks volumes. “Thank you, Cutler”!
The Broncos are off this week. The bye week kind of gives me the blues. There’s no excuse for dressing head to toe in blue and orange, I can’t high five random people walking down the street after the game, and I can’t use “the game” as an excuse to sit on my butt for 3.5 straight hours. Yes, there are other NFL games going on that have meaning in my life since I play fantasy football, and I’m involved in a weekly pool, but there’s definitely an emptiness inside when my team doesn’t play. For those of you who are feeling the [...]
Catching Up With Cutler
Jay Cutler went on ESPN Radio in Chicago yesterday. Among other things he talked about how the Broncos are doing this year and why he thinks Kyle Orton is performing so well. He says this about Orton and if he’s performing so well because of a change of scenery:
“I don’t know. This league is funny. It’s all about timing, you could be one of the best players in the league but if you’re not in the right system and you don’t have the right people around you ..There is just a lot of different aspects that go into making a [...]
AFC West Breakdown: Week 6
(Kim Constantinesco writes for Predominantly Orange, which is FSB’s Denver Broncos blog. Representing the rest of the AFC West are Arrowhead Addict, Bolt Beat and Just Blog Baby.)
The Broncos are running away with the AFC West crown. I don’t want to jump ahead too much, but last night’s win against the Chargers may have just solidified a playoff spot. With many more winnable games to come, the Broncos have already jumped out to a 3.5 game lead over the Chargers. So called experts are eating their words, and the rest of the AFC West is left in the dust. The Raiders and Chiefs [...]
