Broncos Can Narrow It Down Now That The Combine Is Over


The Combine is finally over. I didn’t realize how much money it takes to put this thing on. Did you know that each team pays $75,000 to go to the Combine, and have access to all of the prospects’ stats, medical records, and tapes to their workouts?

Josh McDaniels returned to Denver yesterday after his trip to Indy. He says that the Broncos are trying to improve every aspect of their team, but there is obviously a big focus on defense. The team is looking at DT B.J. Raji from Boston College. I don’t know if he’ll fall to the #12 spot, but I think he would be a great addition to the team.

When asked about what he will be able to do for the team that selects him, Raji said,

“They’ll get an overall defensive tackle who can do both — get to the quarterback, stop the run” (Denver Post).
