After the ups and downs with Cutler's stats this year, is there a problem with his illness that is not being addressed. One week great arm strength the next it is just not there. Yesterday so many of his long throws were so short the receivers had to comeback to get them. That seemed to give plenty of time for the DBs to get into position to make a play.
