Where’s Travis Henry?
Has anyone been wondering what Travis Henry has been doing with all of his free time. If you guessed working out, you would be incorrect. If you guessed tending to his nine children from nine different women, you would hear the buzzer once again. If you guessed dealing coke, ding, ding, ding! We have a winner!
Travis Henry was arrested for “knowingly and intentionally conspiring to distribute and possess with intent to distribute cocaine” (Sporting News).
Henry was released from the Broncos on June 2 because of his lack of commitment. He completed 1 year stint with the team racking up 167 carries for 691 yards and 4 TDs. If convicted, Henry could receive a $4 million fine and up to life in prison.
Mike Shanahan refused to comment on the situation, but I’m guessing he’s thankful for releasing him well before training camp even started.
