Broncos Pro Bowl News Briefs

The NFL season is not quite over. This weekend is the annual Pro Bowl game in Hawaii where the best players in the league get to relax and line up for a few plays before their season is truly considered finished. One remarkable Pro Bowler that will be remembered this weekend is Redskins safety, Sean Taylor. Taylor was named to the NFC Pro Bowl team after his death, and the league flew his family to Hawaii this week to take part in the Pro Bowl festivities. In an interview with the Denver Post, Sean Taylor’s father, Pedro, said that Darrent Williams’ family has been on his mind, and he would like to talk them because they know exactly what it’s like to lose a son to murder. Like Taylor, Darrent Williams, died at the age of 24 due to a gunshot wound.

In other Pro Bowl news, Champ Bailey doubts that he will line up as a receiver this weekend despite working on offense during practice.

Finally, John Lynch is treating the Pro Bowl as if it were his final game (Yahoo Sports). Please, John. Don’t!
